Country Style 2 bedroom farm house full of character and charm .
Spectacular views of the Blue Mountains
Sleeps 4 adults.
We do also have www.wattleviews.com a tiny house suitable just for 2 located on the same property
please note our driveway is 1 km long and unsealed dirt/gravel – may not be suitable for owners of cars with low profile wheels that do not wish to take them off bitumen – access is ok for normal car.
The property is not suitable for children due to water dangers and large collection of antiques that are not easily replaced .
Parties are not permitted and only guests booked to stay are allowed on the property .
Just over 35 minutes drive from Katoomba or 2 – 2.5 hrs from Sydney .
Rydal country pub and Mamma Snows cafe in Tarana great for a meal out and lovely scenic drive thru the countryside .
Visit nearby Jenolan Caves or go horseriding at Oberon
Visit the amazing Mayfield gardens & cafe in Oberon
Short 15 minute drive to town shops and cafes in Lithgow.
Stoke up the magnificent log fire in winter when its cold / snowing outside
Go for a swim and enjoy watersports or fish for trout and bass at Lake lyell just 5 minutes drive.
Abundant native wildlife.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Property is pet friendly – fenced rear garden
1 small to medium dog permitted unless given prior approval – conditions apply
carport for 1 car & 1 extra car space ( uncovered )
