Please be aware you will be required to provide either bank or credit card details and copy of your drivers lisence for proof of identity when you fill in our rental agreement form upon booking ( person making the booking and staying at the property must be the one provinding their details – not a third party )

Cost for 2 additional adults staying in self contained tiny house next to Kookawood is $ 250 per night.

Public Holiday Long Weekends – are usually 3 night minimum
However, on some occasions we do accept 2 night stays – these will be charged at a higher nightly rate.
PREPAID TELSTRA WIFI DEVICE IS AVAILABLE, BUT MUST BE PRE ARRANGED AT TIME OF BOOKING (not after) AT TELSTRA RATE PER GB REQUIRED. OR YOU CAN USE THE PORTABLE HOTSPOT ON YOUR PHONE.
This is an Adults only Property – sorry it is not suitable for children under 16 years of age.
Please mention on enquiry if you have a pet as some dates we may not allow them.
It is not a B&B so we do not provide meals/cleaning services/laundering services or telephone.
However, there are full kitchen facilities including pots/pans/utensils etc. so you can cook your own meals.
We do ask the house be left similar to checkin, with rubbish put in bins near carpark, and dishes washed and put away.
We do provide one bag of complimentary firewood in winter / autumn only , additional bags can be purchased from the petrol station on the highway turnoff.
Split system aircon also provides heating/cooling.
Please note – use of outdoor firepit is not permitted when it is windy or on high bushfire risk days & during total fire ban .
